What you’ll do:
Drive and contribute to the development and implementation of the data and analytics function, including the development and tracking of key indicators.
Provide structured analytical expertise to support decision-making and evaluation of operational, property, safety, security and projects.
Investigate, perform root cause analysis and understand performance drivers to provide actionable insights that proactively mitigate or address emergent risks across operations, safety, projects, property, security and fleet.
Contribute to good documentation practices that enable replicable processes for evaluation, monitoring and quality improvement.
Work alongside operational teams to understand performance drivers, supporting the business to elevate operational resilience, safety and financial efficiency by helping them understand the implications of different delivery models.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Business Analysis, Project Management, Information Systems or similar business discipline.
Proficiency with one or more of the following: R, SQL, Python or data visualisation tools (Qlik Sense would be a bonus).
Working knowledge of: Agile delivery frameworks and practices; continuous improvement tools and techniques (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma); and/or Project management skills (scheduling and task management) and an understanding of Scrum ceremonies.
