What you’ll do: 

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the HR transformation program, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, financial objectives, and business goals.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including HR, IT, Finance, and Operations, to ensure alignment and support for the transformation program. 
  • Oversee and lead the implementation of the HR system, ensuring its seamless integration with existing corporate systems.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new HR systems and processes, including training and communication strategies.
  • Ensure program and project benefits are clearly identified, defined, and that appropriate mechanisms are established to track benefit realisation.
  • Oversee the phased decommissioning of legacy HR systems, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, ensuring delivery of high-quality services and products within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Establish robust governance structures, providing regular updates on program progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and steering committees.

 

What we are looking for:  

  • Tertiary qualifications in business and tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in program/project management
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale HR transformation programs
  • Information Technology/Digital Program Management Experience implementing HCM (such as SAP Success Factors, Workday or similar) 
  • Excellent program management skills, including risk management, change management, and vendor management.
  • Understanding of Portfolio, program and project management processes and methodologies
  • Demonstrated capability in large business strategy project delivery with extensive end to end experience in project planning and implementation.
  • In depth understanding of risk management and its role in managing project fundamentals such as time, cost, quality and safety.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering successful stakeholder engagement processes.
  • Demonstrated experience at a senior level in negotiation and influencing outcomes.
