Internal Expression of Interest: Customer Campaign Adviser

We would like to provide our internal workforce the opportunity to express their interest in the role of Customer Campaign Adviser.

This role will report to Emma Goldrick - Customer Campaign Manager and work within the Customer Services Portfolio. 

This is a Full Time, Permanent opportunity.

Salary Range - starting from $131,851 + super

The Role:

• Implement key marketing and customer communication collateral including content for the WaterNSW websites and other print and social media publications and customer communication and engagement strategies. 
• Generate communication materials across multiple channels including internet content, customer newsletters, notices and collateral in line with Customer and Community strategies to support the promotion of WaterNSW. 
• Support the customer communication databases in order to improve the efficiency of customer communications to all customers or specific segments as identified by the business. 
• Monitor the external market to identify content opportunities and recommend improvements. 
• Work closely with wider organisation to understand customer insights with initiatives. 

What we are looking for:

• Tertiary qualifications in Communications, or experience in a closely related discipline
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Marketing Principles
• Experience at developing content across multiple mediums
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels (internally and externally) with a clear understanding of the need for diplomacy, tact and confidentiality at all times.
• Ability to produce flawless written copy in a variety of styles and translate complex or technical information into plain English
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing the production of impactful communications collateral, including liaising with graphic designers and other skilled individuals.
