This role will report to HSE Operations Manager within the Corporate Services portfolio.
This is a Full-Time, Permanent, EA Grade 9 opportunity.
The Role:
To lead the uplift of contractor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) capability and performance across WaterNSW by partnering with and influencing external and internal stakeholders across all portfolios to embed HSE process and standards within the contract lifecycle. Support broader organisational needs, including development and integration with emerging safety programs, cross-functional initiatives, or changes in contractor engagement models. The role adapts to shifting priorities, allowing for targeted contributions to strategic projects, operational support, or capability uplift across portfolios as required and drives excellence in safety.
