This is a Full-Time, Permanent, EA Grade 8 opportunity.
The Role:
Ensures the Technology Experience team is fully prepared to support new and evolving technologies by embedding into project and transition processes, delivering clear documentation, and enabling robust self-service and AI-assisted support channels. Uplifts team capability, proactively manages operational support systems, and drives continual improvement to enhance user experience and reduce support demand and put safety first.
