What you’ll do: 

  • Provide expert technical advice and direction for implementing Azure IoT/OT and Telemetry System solutions using Azure services.
  • Lead technical discussions with stakeholders to drive solution development, from requirements gathering through to project approval. 
  • Oversee the adoption of Telemetry system standards, advising external engineers to ensure compliance, security, and system integrity.
  • Offer expert advice on assessing requirements and delivering Azure IoT/OT and Telemetry solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Apply innovative software development practices to enable effective problem solving, risk management, and compliance with commercial policies. 
  • Keep up to date with IoT/OT and Telemetry technologies to ensure reliable, secure, and user-friendly system implementation.


What we are looking for: 
 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science/Electronic Engineering or relevant equivalent industry qualifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in operational environments, with the ability to address complex technical issues.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and services, including PAAS, IoT Hub, endpoints, and device twins.
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvement methodologies to enhance reliability, usability, and security of IoT solutions.
  • High level of interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills at all levels of the organisation including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Current NSW Drivers Licence.
