What you’ll do: 

  • Translate business priorities into enterprise-wide technology, data, and AI strategies. Develop and maintain iterative strategic roadmaps that connect enterprise objectives, operational performance, and future-state architecture.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and consolidate applications, platforms, and AI capabilities. Lead technology simplification, cost optimisation, and platform modernisation initiatives that enable measurable business value.
  • Ensure strategies balance day-to-day operational reliability with long-term transformation goals. Provide performance insights and governance recommendations to optimise platforms and digital investments.
  • Review project business cases, designs, and delivery plans for strategic alignment, architectural integrity, and sustainability. Act as a key advisor to governance forums to ensure investments are consistent with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Own and maintain the AI roadmap. Ensure AI initiatives are prioritised, sequenced, and compliant with ethical, security, and risk management frameworks. Establish AI governance guardrails and represent AI strategy in investment and risk governance forums.
  • Provide thought leadership on technology and AI trends. Recommend adoption where measurable value exists. Champion rapid prototyping and innovation pilots that demonstrate tangible business benefits and support scalable implementation.


What we are looking for: 

  • Degree in IT, Data Science, AI, or related discipline.
  • Current NSW Drivers Licence
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience translating business strategy into technology, data, and AI initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience with a hands on practical approach to prototyping using emerging and innovative technologies
  • Proven track record in driving portfolio rationalisation, optimisation, and innovation.
  • Experience supporting project delivery by reviewing solutions for alignment with enterprise strategy.
  • Background in emerging technologies, AI adoption, and data strategy execution.
