What you’ll do: 

  • Translate business requirements into effective solution designs in line with enterprise strategy.
  • Develop and maintain solution design standards, process models, and documentation.
  • Provide solution options, including costs, risks, and dependencies, to support business cases, including leading solution walkthroughs with business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure solutions are implemented as intended and address issues as they arise.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure integration and consistency across applications.
  • Support testing and implementation phases, including defect resolution and validation of solutions.
  • Monitor as-designed v as-built for business benefit and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.


What we are looking for:  

  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business, Systems Analysis, or related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of business and digital solution design methodologies.
  • Knowledge of application integration, data flows, and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering digital/business solutions in complex organisations.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into solution options and detailed design artefacts.
  • Experience collaborating with business analysts, architects, vendors, and delivery teams.
  • Background in maintaining solution documentation and supporting BAU operations.
  • Hands-on experience supporting testing, validation, and post-implementation adoption
  • Current NSW Drivers Licence
