What you’ll do: 

  • Provide technical leadership through advice and review of proposed solution architecture and process to implement and maintain solutions, management, enhancement, and third-level support of COTS and bespoke applications, ensuring availability,performance, security, and adherence to service levels.
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications and integrations (internal, external, APIs, and data services), delivering secure, maintainable, and scalable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
  • Apply user centred design principles, accessibility standards, and rigorous testing to deliver intuitive, inclusive, and compliant digital experiences.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional and technical specifications, and collaborate with architects, testers, and project teams to ensure aligned delivery.
  • Lead the implementation of continual improvement ideas for solutions across the business to reduce risk and maintain currency with industry best practice.

 

What we are looking for:  

  • Appropriate qualifications in a relevant field and hands on experience in IT.
  • Advanced skills in C#, .NET Core/Framework, modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Angular), and SQL/Oracle databases.
  • In Depth knowledge of Azure PaaS and integration services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid) and SaaS integration patterns (REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, ETL).
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical abilities, with a user-focused mindset and effective communication skills.
  • Experienced in Agile methodologies, version control (Git), code reviews, release management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven skills in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting applications across platforms, ensuring quality and reliability.
  • Extensive full stack development experience with leadership in Azure cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into secure, modern technical solutions across the full development lifecycle.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Azure services, diverse data sources, CI/CD pipelines, and containerisation/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Current NSW Drivers Licence
