WaterNSW is seeking an experienced HR Systems, Reporting & Analytics Specialist
to join our team.  

This is an exciting role with a combination of system optimisation to improve employee experience and HR reporting to deliver data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. You would also be a part of an HRIS implementation (SuccessFactors) later this year!

What you’ll do: 

  • Manage HR systems upgrades, enhancements, escalations and new implementations.
  • Provide technical support, advice, and training on systems and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI),  Including developing user guides and enabling adoption.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards on workforce, safety, and people metrics.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, security, and privacy across all HR systems and analytics outputs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in systems and analytics.

 

What we are looking for:  

  • Tertiary qualification in people, technology, business, economics, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience in HRIS, payroll systems, data management, and analytics.
  • Knowledge and experience in maintenance and improvements of technology such as SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI, ServiceNow, Chris21, Kronos, and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering analytics, reports, and dashboards.
  • Demonstrated experience in the development, management and successful delivery of HR systems and projects.
  • Experience in engaging with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation
